HeartBond Privacy Policy
HeartBond reads health data from Apple Health and stores your downloaded days in your own iCloud account. There is no HeartBond account and no HeartBond server holding that data.
Consent
The app follows Apple's privacy guidelines and asks for your explicit consent before reading health data. You can review or withdraw that access in the Health app at any time.
What is read
HeartBond requests permission to read heart rate, heart rate variability (SDNN), and heartbeat series. It graphs heart rate and HRV. It does not write samples back to Health.
HealthKit
On iPhone and iPad, health data is read through Apple's HealthKit framework, which governs how that information is requested, stored, and protected on the device. A Mac reads Health only when the system reports it as available. Otherwise it shows days that arrived over iCloud.
iCloud sync
The app follows Apple's iCloud guidelines and uses iCloud only for content you choose to sync across your own devices. Downloaded sample days, Keep all samples markers, and per-device graph colors travel through your iCloud account. Graph size and most display preferences stay on that device.
Security
Health data is encrypted in transit while it moves between your devices through iCloud.
